Charles "Chuck" Eric Schweiger, age 63, of West Bend, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at Froedtert West Bend Hospital.

Chuck was born on January 23, 1963, in West Bend to Carl and Karen (West) Schweiger. He graduated from West Bend West High School and continued his education at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where he earned an Associate Degree in CNC Programming and Operations.

Following graduation, Chuck put his education to work when he began a career with Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Over the course of 34 years, he held many positions within the company and became a respected and valued employee. At the time of his passing, Chuck was the sixth most tenured employee at Harley-Davidson.

Chuck's career at Harley-Davidson fueled a lifelong passion for motorcycles. Riding was more than a hobby; it was part of who he was. If you knew Chuck, you knew motorcycles. Whether he was out on the open road or talking shop with friends, his love for riding was unmistakable.

Chuck was an avid outdoorsman who found peace and joy in nature. Whether he was hunting, hiking a favorite trail, or simply enjoying the beauty of the outdoors, he felt most at home beneath the open sky.

Above all else, Chuck loved his family. He was a devoted father to his two sons, Tim and Cody, and took great pride in being involved in their lives. From bowling tournaments and track meets to football games and countless other activities, Chuck was always there cheering them on. When there wasn't an event to attend, he could often be found outside after work playing catch, shooting hoops, or riding bikes with his boys. His love, support, and presence were constants in their lives.

Chuck also shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Marvin. It was common to see the two of them taking long walks or playing fetch together in the backyard.

In recent years, one of Chuck's greatest joys was becoming a grandfather. He treasured every opportunity to spend time with his grandchildren and rarely missed an event. Whether it was a baseball game, birthday party, school activity, or family gathering, Chuck could always be found proudly supporting and celebrating those he loved most.

Those Chuck leaves behind to cherish his memory include his father, Carl (Betty) Schweiger; his loving sons, Tim (Macki) Schweiger and Cody (Katelyn) Schweiger; his loving companion of nine years, Colleen Dimas and her children, Danielle Dimas (Johnny Barron) and Mitchell Sego (Amber Schultz); and his cherished grandchildren, Hudson and Presley Schweiger, Baby Schweiger, and Eli and Nolan Sego. He is further survived by other relatives, dear friends, and loved ones.

Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Schweiger, and his sister, Meryl.

A visitation for Chuck will be held at Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service in West Bend on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Cristy Schoob presiding. Refreshments will be provided throughout the visitation.
