Catherine "Debbie" Benike

Catherine “Debbie” Benike, beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother passed away after a short battle with cancer on December 9th, 2025, at the age of 70. She was surrounded by her loving family at Aurora Grafton Medical Center.

Born November 26th, 1955 in Shreveport Louisiana, Debbie was the daughter of Jim and Estelle Lee. She grew up in West Bend, WI and graduated from West Bend East High School in 1974.

Throughout her life, Debbie was a source of unwavering love, strength, and guidance to her family. She loved every animal, loved her lottery, and loved taking random drives with the love of her life Tom.

She married Tom Benike on November 2nd, 1974 and together they built a life filled with love and cherished memories. Together they raised their 3 children, Brenda (Gene) Kreis, Angela Benike, and Craig (fiancé Andrea) Benike, who will forever be grateful for her love and support.

In addition to her children, Debbie is survived by her loving grandsons, Kelton and Aidan Kreis, brother Tom (Clarice) Lee, brother in law Jim (Judy) Benike and her loving cat Ella.

Processing her in death were her parents Jim and Estelle Lee, and in laws Art and Ethel Benike.

Visitation will be held on Monday December 15th 2025 from 4pm-6pm at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home in West Bend. Service at 6pm with Rec. Tom Biersack officiating. Burial will be Tuesday December 16th 2025 at 10am at Washington County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, donations, can be made to the Washington County Humane Society, a cause close to Debbie’s heart.
