Barbara A. Timmler (nee Nigh), 81 of West Bend, passed away with her loving family at her side on Friday, December 5, 2025. She was born on July 29, 1944, the daughter of Elmer and Evelyn (Schmidt) Nigh.

She was a graduate of Kewaskum High School. She worked for the West Bend Company as a silk screener for more than 30 years. She loved traveling, golfing and going to the casino. She married her loving husband, Dale Timmler, on August 24, 1963, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Kewaskum. They raised 3 wonderful children.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years Dale; children Joan (Joel) Janz, Brian (Jody) Timmler and Sandra (Ken) Mantz; grandchildren Devan (Colleen) Janz, Blake Janz, Kolton Janz, Ashley Timmler, Robert Timmler, Elizabeth (Cory) Jensen, Andrew (Emily) Mantz; great-grandchildren Conrad & Harper Janz and Ginny Jensen; brothers Jerome (Beverly) Nigh and David Nigh; brothers-in-law Larry Shortess and Gary Braun; sister-in-law Laura Nigh. She is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson Tanner Janz; siblings Gregor (Anna), Alban (Dorothy), Marion (Jerry), Margaret (Willard), Agnes (Virgil), Leo (Ester), Vincent (Elvira), Lawrence and Mary; sisters-in-law Barbara, Jana and Edith.

The Timmler family would like to thank Dr. Colin Mooney, his team of caring nurses and the staff at Froedtert Hospital Cancer Center West Bend. They would also like to thank Horizon Home Care & Hospice for all their love, care and compassion shown to Barb and her family.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Barb’s memory to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

Visitation for Barb will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, from 10:00 am until 11:15 am at Myrhum – Patten Funeral and Cremation Service (1315 W. Washington St. West Bend, WI 53095). Funeral service will be at 11:15 am at the funeral home.
