On August 29, 2026 the Lord took Alice Anita Koehler home to be in his loving arms forever. We will miss you here on earth, a kind and caring soul. Alice was a rock to so many, a calming voice to all, a woman who loved everyone she came in contact with. Alice loved her husband of 69 years, she loved her children, grandchildren and great and great, great grandchildren. She loved her travels, the places her and Harley had owned and most of all, the farm. Alice and Harley enjoyed many weekends at the farm playing cards, shaking dice, reading books and enjoyed being surrounded by family. If there was a sheepshead game, we guarantee Alice was in. She looked forward to outings with her sister and sister in-law and any relative or friend willing to go for lunch. She was a kind and caring individual who never spoke negatively of anyone regardless of the situation, she truly had a heart of gold. Alice was born June 28, 1939 in West Bend to the late Edward and Leona Oelhafen. She met her husband Harley and married on August 24, 1957 in West Bend, Wisconsin. Together they raised 3 wonderful children, Laurie (Maury Thomas), Randall (Christine Koehler) and Brian (Kathy Pressley)

They had 6 grandchildren, Jacquelyn (Justin) Gumtow, Lucas Muenchow, Adam Koehler (Kate), Ashley Koehler, Kris Koehler, and Kody Koehler. Alice was also a proud great grandmother Cole Koehler, Lyric Wingett, Lucas Gentz, Kristine (Josh) Krueger, Sami Gumtow, and Maria Gumtow. Alice also had 2 great-great grandchildren. Delilah Krueger and Lily. Alice is further survived by her sister, Dorothy (Kenneth), sister-in-law, Alice Oehlhafen and numerous relatives and friends.

A private cremation will take place and the family will host a celebration of life on a future date.
