Robert Charles Walden

Robert “Bob” C. Walden, 76 of West Bend passed away peacefully on Friday October 4, 2019.

He was born on August 12, 1943 to the late Charles and Vivian (nee Sands) Walden in Merrill, WI. On December 23, 1969 he was united in marriage to Karen Freeman in Arlington Heights, IL. He moved to West Bend in 1974 where he was a principal at Jackson and Green Tree Elementary. In 1989 Bob owned and operated Walden a Supper Club.  In his younger years, he was a member of the Musical Masquers theater group in West Bend. Bob liked solving crossword puzzles, driving cool cars, and being a restaurant owner. He enjoyed vacations in the Eagle River and St. Germain areas, fly fishing, and watching the Packers. Bob especially loved spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew him. 

Those Bob leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Karen Walden; his daughter, Adrienne (Andy) Walden; two grandchildren, Simone Patrie and Karrin Walden; his sister, Judi Hayden; a sister-in-law, Linda (Robert) Lange; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Kristine Walden and brother-in-law, Tom Hayden.

A visitation in remembrance of Bob will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Myrhum Patten Miller & Kietzer Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington St., West Bend.
