Today my mom, Wilma French, mentioned dad’s ((Lee) Navy buddy, Gordy. She was wondering if he was still living so I did a little searching. Our sincere condolences. I remember that the two couples visited each other “back in the day”. Lee has been gone since 2008. I still have two baby necklaces, a cross and pearls, in their original Schalla Jewelry boxes that were sent when I was born. They have been well loved and worn by my daughter as well. Occasionally I still wear the cross. Well wishes to all of your family.

Part of the great generation. You and my parents were great friends, successful business owners, and always searching for some adventure or another. Gary and I were priveledged to have been part of some of those adventures. We grieve for you Billie and your family love to all. Gary and Susan

My dear Billie, although we only met at Serenity a few months ago I so enjoyed our conversations. Thank you so much for taking the time to chat with my mother (Florence Hoffman) also a resident at Serenity during your daily visits with Gordon. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

My sympathy to you and your family. Gordon apparently was an amazing man. Recently had a conversation with Doug of Douglas jewelry who lovingly reminisced your friendship with him and his start in the business.
