Thank you for sharing Dottie's life through her obituary! I had the pleasure of meeting Dottie at Cedar Community the summer of 2016. Through your writing I got to "know" her better! She and my mother became friends and "table mates" while in Silverbrook! Dottie was so loving and encouraging to my mother! My mother and I and all who knew her appreciated her! I am thankful to know she too is at peace! My mom passed in March so may have been a "newbie" to great her home! May you continue to relive the richness of Dottie's life!

Please accept my condolences for Dottie Schmidt. I enjoyed knitting together with Dottie in the arts and crafts group at church. She was a marvelous knitter! We really missed her when she left!
