I will miss Bob. He was a good friend. I got to know(Sammy) later is his life and I knew he was a good golfer and a good athlete in other sports as well. I went to his shop on old 45 often just to talk about golf and other things, Linda bought a set of Persimmon wood golf clubs from Bob for my 70th birthday. I have never hit them , circa 1970, because I'm afraid I will break them which also would have broken Sammie's heart.
