Kenneth A. "Kenny" Theusch

Kenneth A. “Kenny” Theusch, 76, of the town of Farmington, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017, at Kettle Moraine Gardens, in Kewaskum, with his family at his side.

 

Kenny was born on June 10, 1941, the son of Lawrence and Bernadine (Hug) Theusch, and on July 20, 1968, he was united in marriage to Karen Krell at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Kewaskum. Karen preceded Kenny in death on December 13, 2009.

 

Kenny was a member of the Boltonville Fire Department and the Robert G. Romaine American Legion in Kewaskum. Kenny was employed by Gehls Co. for over 40 years and enjoyed farming on his family farm for many years. After Kenny retired he enjoyed golfing as much as he could with friends.

 

Those Kenny leaves behind to cherish his memory three children, Bruce (Erin) Theusch of the town of Farmington, Brenda (Anthony) Fleischman and Tracy (Daniel) McCarty both of Campbellsport; eight grandchildren, Leah, Anna and Alex Theusch, Nicholas and Noah Fleischman and Jacob, Mitchell and Megan McCarty; his mother, Bernadine Theusch of Kewaskum; a brother, Alan (Susan) Theusch of Waukesha; two sisters, Phyllis (James) Schwartz of West Bend and Jane (Michael) Strobel of Kewaskum; a brother-in-law, Ronald (Mary) Krell of West Bend; three sisters-in-law, Carole (Timothy) Coulter of Liberty, Missouri, Linda (Thomas) Gundrum of Reedsville, and Linda Jari of Omro; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife, Kenny was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Theusch; two brothers, Terry Theusch and Donald (Mary) Theusch; two nephews, Timothy and Jeffery Theusch; two brothers-in-law, Michael and John Krell; and his parents-in-law, Alex and Vanelda Krell.


A Mass of Christian Burial for Kenny will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2017, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 8881 Forestview Road, Kewaskum (St. Michaels). Father Neil Zinthefer will officiate and burial will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday in the parish cemetery.


Kenny’s family will greet relatives and friends at the church on Thursday from 2:30 p.m. until the time of Mass.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be dedicated to charities of the family’s wishes.
