Clyde E. Crass, 87, of West Bend. Heaven received another angel on Sunday, January 21, 2018.

He was born on March 25, 1930 to the late Arthur and Marida (nee Aurig) Crass in Fillmore. Clyde grew up farming. On April 23, 1949 he was united in marriage to Lucille Puestow at St. Martin’s Church in Fillmore. Together they raised three children. Clyde worked many jobs, as a roofer at Terlindin roofing, as a welder at the West Bend Company, and ending his career as a Methods Engineer at Tecumseh. He was a member of Peace United Church of Christ in Kewaskum. He loved gardening, his gladiolas, golfing, and fishing. Clyde was very handy and enjoyed carpentry, working on stained glass, and wine making. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, especially all of the grandchildren that all called him “Poppa”. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Those Clyde leaves behind to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 68 years, Lucille; three children, Daniel (Ellen) Crass, Sandra (John) Klein, and David (Frances) Crass; four grandchildren, Michael (Laura Garski) Crass, Heather (Mark) Balconi, Nicole Zane (Anthony), and Angela Habermann (Lance); Eleven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; a sister, Carol (Paul) Schultz; a sister-in-law, Joyce Crass; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his three brothers, Carl Crass, Earl (Laverne) Crass, and Lee (Esther) Crass; and a sister, Marcella Crass.
