Charles W. Feilbach, 91, of Fond du Lac, formerly of Theresa, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Monday, September 28, 2015.
He was born on February 29, 1924, in Knowles, the son of the late William and Mabel (Schwan) Feilbach. On May 7, 1949, he was united in marriage to Dolores Bauer, of Mayville, at St. Mary’s in Mayville. For many years the Feilbach family owned and operated the Feilbach Garage in Knowles. Charles proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Those Charles leaves behind to cherish his memory include four children, Carla Feilbach, Chuck Feilbach, Dave Feilbach and Julie Feilbach; three grandchildren, Megan and Mike Feilbach and Chad Bodden; one great-grandchild, Sawyer Gravelle; a brother, Warren Feilbach and a sister, Geraldine Gindt.
Charles was preceded in death by, his wife; his parents; a son, Mark Feilbach; his brother, Willam Feilbach and a sister Marilyn Weinberger.
Private family services will be held at Emanuel Cemetery in the town of Lomira.
